Veterinary Specialist Aotearoa (VSA) is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team in Auckland. We’re open to full-time, part-time, and fixed-term working holiday or secondment options, making this a fantastic opportunity for both local and overseas candidates looking to gain experience in a collaborative, specialist environment.

The Position:
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of four veterinary physiotherapists and two canine hydrotherapists, working alongside our specialist services to provide integrated, patient-centred care. Many of our patients are pre and post operative surgical cases or geriatric and long-term cases, and we see physiotherapy as a non-negotiable component of their recovery and well-being – a philosophy shared and supported by our clinical teams.

Requirements of the role:
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled physiotherapist who brings the following:
• A clear understanding of the role of physiotherapy within a multidisciplinary veterinary team
• Highly developed assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent administrative and record-keeping capabilities
• A natural problem-solver with a proactive approach
• Eligible for registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (BHSc or BSc Physiotherapy)
• A Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s Degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy (or Animal Physiotherapy)
• Internship options available for those seeking to build experience post-study

Exciting opportunity to join an existing 5 strong vet physiotherapy team covering both small and large animals across the UAE.

We are looking for an ACPAT Veterinary Physiotherapist to join our expanding team

Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about physiotherapy, not just hands on, but educating the team, educating the wider population in the UAE through events, social media etc. We have many exciting opportunities to attend in various fields so looking for passionate people.

Ideal candidate would happily treat both small and large animals however there can be some bias towards one type if preferred.

Must be willing to work weekends (this is very typical here and actually much better as you can access all the great facilities when they are much quieter during the week) and obviously willing to move to the UAE.

Visa included. Support with flight over included
