Clinical Excellence:
As a Veterinary Physiotherapist you will:
Provide clinical and professional outpatient veterinary physiotherapy services for clients and their pets, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey at every touchpoint.
Oversee a unique and engaging pet wellness journey.
Provide clients with expert and comprehensive advice and education.
Provide rehabilitation for pets with orthopaedic and/or neurological conditions in addition to proactive healthcare services to optimise the health of our pets.
Overseeing pet supervision from kennel care to rehabilitation and fitness classes.
Prepare, organise, and deliver pet-related documentation with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming, home-like environment.
Participate in delivering physiotherapy-based learning for in-house colleagues and contribute to internal and external CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events.
Fulfil CPD requirements in line with the recommendations of your governing body, tailored to both personal and business development needs.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Wellness advisers (RVN), Hydrotherapists, Groomers, Veterinary Behaviourists and Pain Management Clinicians.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Category A Member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT)
and/or
Member of the Register for Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP).
2 years' experience in small animal veterinary physiotherapy.
Hydrotherapy (Underwater Treadmill Therapy) experience is desirable.

Job Opportunity - Surrey/West Sussex - CHAPPS Physio

CHAPPS Physio is looking for an ACPAT Cat A Physio or second year Cat B who is close to qualifying.
We are looking for someone to work 3-4 days per week, and can be flexible on the working pattern, however there is potential for full time work for the right person. We are a busy physio practice, covering Surrey and West Sussex. The caseload is a mixture of horses, small animals and humans (mainly riders). We offer yard visits and home visits across Surrey and West Sussex, and we also have four practices in these areas from which we treat small animals and/or humans.
The candidate would be given use of our equipment, full equipment training and initial one to one supervision. The candidate will be well supported by two highly experienced ACPAT Cat A Physio’s, as well as having an opportunity to work as part of MDTs in our various clinics. We also have a friendly and supportive office manager who will work closely with you to provide full admin support (including management of the diary and referrals on your behalf).
Due to the supportive nature of this role, as well as the one to one training we would be able to provide prior to commencement of the position, we are able to accept applicants from all ACPAT Cat A and B members who may be interested. Confidence, reliability and good communication are essential for this job role as well as own transport. Ideally candidates will have established human MSK skills as well as both an equine and canine interest due to the mixed caseload.

Looking for someone who is enthusiastic about physiotherapy, not just hands on, but educating the team, educating the wider population in the UAE through events, social media etc. We have many exciting opportunities to attend in various fields so looking for passionate people.
Ideal candidate would happily treat both small and large animals however there can be some bias towards one type if preferred.
Must be willing to work weekends (this is very typical here and actually much better as you can access all the great facilities when they are much quieter during the week) and obviously willing to move to the UAE.
